This Privacy Policy explains how Top Chain Fresh Inc. ("DMV Ready," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the DMV Ready mobile application. DMV Ready is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
Information stored on your device
DMV Ready does not require registration. Your selected language, color theme, practice counts, accuracy, and streaks are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this study progress. You can reset it from the app’s Settings page or remove it by deleting the app.
Advertising and consent
DMV Ready may display Google AdMob banner ads on limited screens. The app requests non-personalized ads and does not use ad tracking to personalize ads. Google and its partners may still process information needed to deliver, limit, secure, and measure ads, such as IP address, device and app information, coarse location derived from IP, consent choices, and advertising or device identifiers where permitted.
Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for consent or displays regional privacy choices before ads are requested. You can reopen ad privacy choices from Settings when that option is required for your region.
Information we do not request
DMV Ready does not ask for your name, email address, account password, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, driver-license number, Social Security number, or DMV credentials.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information is shared only with service providers needed to provide non-personalized ads, prevent fraud, and operate the app, or when required by law.
Retention
Local study progress remains on your device until you reset it or remove the app. Google and AdMob retain advertising-related information under their own policies and legal obligations. We do not control their independent retention periods.
Children
DMV Ready is designed for people preparing for a driving knowledge or road test and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

- Reset locally stored practice progress in Settings.
- Manage ad privacy choices in Settings when the option is available.
- Use device or store controls to limit advertising identifiers.
- Contact us to exercise privacy rights available in your location.
Third-party policies
Changes
We may update this policy when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will show a new effective date.
